Do you provide refunds?

In line with Australian Consumer Law, we provide refunds for items that are proven to be defective (as per the consumer ACL guarantees). If we agree to provide a refund, it will be: 

  • processed within 5 days of receipt of your return by us
  • notified to you by email
  • subject to a $10 processing fee in the case of Change of Mind Returns
  • processed via direct deposit
