If, for any reason, we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we will be in touch. You will be offered the option of:
- a refund for the non-supply item(s)
- to delay the delivery of your order so that all items can be supplied together at a later date
If you find that a product is missing from your order or we supplied you with an incorrect product in error, notify us immediately via email and tell us:
- the order number
- the name of the product you ordered
- the name of the product we supplied in error. (We may request that you send a photograph the incorrect product)
We will investigate and rectify our error immediately and at our cost.
