What happens if Leather Hero is unable to supply my ordered product?

If, for any reason, we are unable to supply all or part of your order, we will be in touch. You will be offered the option of:

  • a refund for the non-supply item(s)
  • to delay the delivery of your order so that all items can be supplied together at a later date 


What should I do if one of my products is missing or incorrect?

If you find that a product is missing from your order or we supplied you with an incorrect product in error, notify us immediately via email and tell us:

  • the order number
  • the name of the product you ordered
  • the name of the product we supplied in error. (We may request that you send a photograph the incorrect product)

We will investigate and rectify our error immediately and at our cost.
